Ingredients
Scale
- 4 Roma tomatoes.
- 1/4 cup chopped basil leaves.
- 1 clove garlic, minced.
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
- 1–2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar.
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled.
- 4 oz cream cheese.
- 1/2 cup sour cream.
- 1 clove garlic, minced.
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Instructions
- Core and dice Roma tomatoes into small cubes.
- Mix tomatoes with basil, garlic, oil, vinegar and salt. Marinate 10 minutes.
- Process all cheese ingredients 3-4 minutes until smooth.
- Spread cheese mixture in serving dish, top with tomato mix.
- Top with pepper flakes, Parmesan and basil.
