Bruschetta Dip

A layered dip combining fresh tomato bruschetta with creamy feta and cream cheese blend. Simple yet impressive party appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 4 Roma tomatoes.
  • 1/4 cup chopped basil leaves.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced.
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
  • 12 teaspoons balsamic vinegar.
  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled.
  • 4 oz cream cheese.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Instructions

  1. Core and dice Roma tomatoes into small cubes.
  2. Mix tomatoes with basil, garlic, oil, vinegar and salt. Marinate 10 minutes.
  3. Process all cheese ingredients 3-4 minutes until smooth.
  4. Spread cheese mixture in serving dish, top with tomato mix.
  5. Top with pepper flakes, Parmesan and basil.

Notes

No cooking required.
Can prep components ahead.
Best served fresh.
