Pink Marshmallow Fudge

A pretty pink fudge filled with fluffy marshmallows and topped with sprinkles. Flavored with bubblegum for a fun, whimsical treat.

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces white candy melts.
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
  • 1 teaspoon bubblegum flavoring.
  • 4 drops pink food gel color.
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows.
  • Pink sprinkles.

Instructions

  1. Line 9-inch square pan. Use parchment paper with overhang.
  2. Combine candy melts, milk, and butter. Microwave 40 seconds at a time. Stir until smooth.
  3. Mix in vanilla and bubblegum flavor. Add pink coloring. Stir until uniform.
  4. Pour 1/3 of the mixture into the pan. Mix marshmallows into the remaining mixture. Spread marshmallow mixture on top. Add sprinkles.
  5. Chill for 2-3 hours. Cut into 16 squares.

Notes

Great party treat.
Stores 2 weeks at room temperature.
Use gel, not liquid coloring.
Can change colors.
