Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Toss the grapes with olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast the grapes in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until they are slightly caramelized.
- Arrange the roasted grapes on a large platter in a wreath shape.
- Place the burrata cheese in the center of the wreath.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately.
