For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 regular-sized Butterfinger bars, crushed
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Pour caramel sauce over the chilled crust and spread evenly. Sprinkle half of the crushed Butterfinger bars over the caramel layer.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the filling over the Butterfinger layer in the pie crust. Top with remaining crushed Butterfinger bars.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve with whipped cream on top.
