- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed Butterfinger bars and caramel sauce until well mixed.
- Add melted dark chocolate and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Optional: Roll in additional crushed Butterfinger for coating.
Notes
These truffles are best served chilled and can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
