- 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
- 2 medium apples, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into Christmas tree shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Arrange the brie slices and apple slices on the pastry trees.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in caramel sauce and cinnamon; drizzle over the apples.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, dust with powdered sugar, and garnish with rosemary before serving.
Notes
Use firm apples like Granny Smith for the best texture. These can be made ahead and reheated.
