Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into Christmas tree shapes using a cookie cutter.
  3. Arrange the brie slices and apple slices on the pastry trees.
