Caramel Apple Pie Bombs

Delicious bite-sized treats filled with spiced apples and gooey caramel, perfect for fall.

For the Crust:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup finely diced apples
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and 1 tbsp caramel sauce.
  3. Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece and spoon a small amount of the apple mixture into the center. Add a drizzle of caramel, then pinch the edges to seal.
  4. Place on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Drizzle with remaining caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
