For the Crust:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup finely diced apples
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and 1 tbsp caramel sauce.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece and spoon a small amount of the apple mixture into the center. Add a drizzle of caramel, then pinch the edges to seal.
- Place on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with remaining caramel sauce before serving.
