Caramel Pecan Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  4. Stir in sour cream. Pour mixture over crust.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely.
  6. Spread caramel sauce over the cooled cheesecake and sprinkle with chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
