- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream. Pour mixture over crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely.
- Spread caramel sauce over the cooled cheesecake and sprinkle with chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
