Caramelized Pear Burrata Bites with Pomegranate Nut Crunch

These elegant bites combine sweet caramelized pears with creamy burrata, topped with a crunchy pomegranate and nut mixture.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe pears, cored and sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese, drained
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add pear slices and caramelize for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Arrange burrata and pears on a platter.
  4. Mix pomegranate, walnuts, pecans, and honey. Sprinkle over the bites.
  5. Season with salt and garnish with thyme.
