- 4 ripe pears, cored and sliced
- 8 oz burrata cheese, drained
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add pear slices and caramelize for 5-7 minutes.
- Arrange burrata and pears on a platter.
- Mix pomegranate, walnuts, pecans, and honey. Sprinkle over the bites.
- Season with salt and garnish with thyme.
