Carrot Apple Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated zucchini

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and oil.
  4. Add grated vegetables and fruit to the wet mixture.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  6. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
