  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, flour, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and set.
  5. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before removing them to a wire rack.
