Cheddar Ranch Crack Dip

An incredibly addictive party dip combining sour cream, ranch, and cheddar cheese. Quick to make but needs time to chill for best flavor.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces sour cream.
  • 1 ounce packet ranch dressing mix.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Hot sauce for drizzling.
  • Diced shallots.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed.
  2. Refrigerate minimum 1 hour, Overnight is better, Let flavors blend.
  3. Chips, Crackers, Pretzels, Vegetables.

Notes

Pre-shredded cheese saves time though fresh-shredded works too.
Add shallots for extra flavor.
Keeps 4 days in airtight container.
Must chill for flavors to develop.
Great make-ahead party dip.
