Ingredients

  • 4 large apples, such as Granny Smith
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • For the topping: 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Core the apples and remove the seeds, leaving the bottom intact to create a cavity.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Stuff the cream cheese mixture into the cored apples.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top and drizzle with melted butter.
  6. Place the apples in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until apples are tender.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
