- 4 large apples, such as Granny Smith
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- For the topping: 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Core the apples and remove the seeds, leaving the bottom intact to create a cavity.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Stuff the cream cheese mixture into the cored apples.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top and drizzle with melted butter.
- Place the apples in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until apples are tender.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These are best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
