Buffalo Chicken Lasagna Recipe

A creamy twist on traditional lasagna featuring rotisserie chicken, buffalo sauce and ranch flavors in a cheesy layered pasta dish.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces lasagna noodles.
  • 3 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded.
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning.
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened.
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce.
  • 1/2 cup milk.
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese.
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese.
  • Optional toppings:.
  • Ranch dressing.
  • Green onions.
  • Blue cheese crumbles.

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, ranch, buffalo sauce, milk, cheese.
  2. Layer dish: cheese mix, noodles, more cheese mix, chicken.
  3. Repeat layers, end with cheese on top.
  4. Cover, bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
  5. Uncover, bake 10 more minutes.
  6. Rest 8-10 minutes before serving.
