Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole

A comforting and creamy casserole with tender chicken, broccoli, and rice smothered in melted cheese.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1.5 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and grease a 9Γ—13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and cooked rice to the bowl. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
