For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1.5 cups cooked white rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and grease a 9Γ13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and cooked rice to the bowl. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
