For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds.
- Divide the cooked chicken evenly among the tortillas. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and chopped parsley on top.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and roll tightly to form wraps.
- Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
