Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender; drain.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked beef, rice, cheese, soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Notes
For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce to the mixture.
