- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tub (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant cheesecake pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- In another bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes; let stand until soft-set.
- Fold pudding into cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in cherry pie filling.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
For extra flair, serve in individual cups or a festive dish. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
