Cherry Marshmallow Fudge Bars

A decadent dessert combining rich fudge, sweet cherries, and fluffy marshmallows for a delightful treat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Fold in dried cherries and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Lift fudge out using parchment overhang and cut into squares before serving.

Notes
