For the Crust:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan, melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Fold in dried cherries and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Lift fudge out using parchment overhang and cut into squares before serving.
