- 2 cups all-purpose flour.
- 1 tablespoon baking powder.
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar.
- 10 Oreo cookies.
- 1 cup milk.
- ¼ cup cream.
- 1 egg.
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted.
- Maple syrup for serving.
Instructions
- Heat skillet over medium heat. Grind Oreos to powder in food processor, reserve 2 tablespoons.
- Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and Oreo powder in bowl.
- Whisk together milk, cream, egg, vanilla, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, whisk until smooth.
- Put batter in squeeze bottle. Squeeze in spiral pattern on skillet. Cover with bowl, cook 2 minutes, flip for 1 minute.
- Top with reserved Oreo crumbs and maple syrup.
Notes
Can use piping bag or ziplock instead of squeeze bottle.
Cover with bowl while cooking for even heat.
Work in batches for best results.
