For the Crust:
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1/2 cup caramel candies, unwrapped
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange pecan halves in small clusters.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine caramel candies and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle melted caramel over each pecan cluster. Let cool for 10 minutes.
- In another microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon melted chocolate over each caramel-coated pecan cluster. Allow to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15 minutes until firm.
