Chocolate Pecan Turtle Clusters

A delicious and easy-to-make treat combining chocolate, caramel, and pecans for a perfect sweet bite.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup caramel candies, unwrapped
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange pecan halves in small clusters.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine caramel candies and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Drizzle melted caramel over each pecan cluster. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  4. In another microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Spoon melted chocolate over each caramel-coated pecan cluster. Allow to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15 minutes until firm.

Notes
