- 24 frozen mini phyllo tart shells
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the phyllo tart shells on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix feta cheese, dried cranberries, parsley, honey, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into the phyllo shells.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until warmed through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

These can be prepared ahead and refrigerated; just bake before serving for the best texture.
