- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
- Stir in the chopped cranberries, walnuts, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into two or three balls and wrap each in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Serve with crackers or veggies. For extra flavor, roll the balls in additional chopped walnuts before chilling.
