Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
  3. Stir in the chopped cranberries, walnuts, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into two or three balls and wrap each in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Serve with crackers or veggies. For extra flavor, roll the balls in additional chopped walnuts before chilling.
