  • Optional: 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Beat with an electric mixer or stir until well blended.
  2. Add the chopped dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. If desired, fold in the minced fresh parsley for added color and flavor.
  4. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter. Place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Chill the cheese balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
