- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Additional chopped walnuts for coating
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in the cranberries, walnuts, green onions, salt, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 2 balls or logs.
- Roll each ball in additional chopped walnuts to coat.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
Notes
These can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 1 week. For extra flavor, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
