Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Additional chopped walnuts for coating

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in the cranberries, walnuts, green onions, salt, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 2 balls or logs.
  4. Roll each ball in additional chopped walnuts to coat.
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.

Notes

These can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 1 week. For extra flavor, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
