Christmas Fruit Cheese Wreath

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup green grapes
  • 1/4 cup red grapes
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the mixed berries, green grapes, red grapes, and chopped nuts.
  3. On a serving platter, shape the mixture into a wreath form, about 8-10 inches in diameter.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves around the wreath.
  5. Drizzle with honey just before serving.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

This recipe is best served cold and can be prepared a day in advance. Add edible flowers for extra decoration.
