- 1 large loaf of garlic bread

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the garlic bread in a circular wreath shape on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped onion, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the bruschetta topping.
- Spread the bruschetta mixture evenly over the garlic bread.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bread is golden and crisp.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately as a holiday appetizer.
