- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
- 1 large egg.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- 15.25 ounces yellow cake mix.
- 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles.
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F, line baking sheets.
- Beat cream cheese, butter, egg, vanilla until smooth.
- Mix in cake mix until dough forms.
- Gently fold in sprinkles.
- Chill dough 30 minutes.
- Roll into balls, coat in powdered sugar.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until edges set.
- Cool before transferring.
Notes
Store up to 3 days room temp.
Can freeze up to 3 months.
Don’t overmix sprinkles.
Centers should be soft when done.
