- 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
- 200g smoked salmon, sliced
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, for zest and juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumber into thin rounds; set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with lemon zest, juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Top each cucumber slice with a piece of smoked salmon.
- Add a dollop of the cream cheese mixture on top of the salmon.
- Garnish with fresh dill and a sprinkle of black pepper.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a twist, add capers or red onion slices. Ensure salmon is fresh and properly smoked.
