- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Crackers or bread for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened goat cheese with honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the chopped cranberries, parsley, and pistachios.
- Scoop small portions of the goat cheese mixture and roll them into balls.
- Roll each ball in the cranberry mixture until fully coated.
- Arrange the coated cheese balls on a platter in the shape of a wreath.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
