Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened goat cheese with honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the chopped cranberries, parsley, and pistachios.
  3. Scoop small portions of the goat cheese mixture and roll them into balls.
  4. Roll each ball in the cranberry mixture until fully coated.
  5. Arrange the coated cheese balls on a platter in the shape of a wreath.
  6. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with crackers or bread.
