- 3 cups all-purpose flour.
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch.
- 1 teaspoon baking soda.
- 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temp.
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar.
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
- 2 large eggs, room temp.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Gel food coloring (royal blue, electric blue, violet).
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chips.
- 2/3 cup chopped Chips Ahoy cookies.
- 2/3 cup chopped Oreos.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F, prepare baking sheets.
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients and food coloring.
- Stir in half the mix-ins.
- Form balls, press remaining mix-ins outside.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until just set.
Notes
Use gel food coloring.
Press toppings on outside.
Don’t overbake.
Cool on sheets.
