For the Crust:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional for drizzling)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Spoon small dollops (about 1 tablespoon each) of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly into thin rounds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil if desired before serving.
