Cottage Cheese Chips: Crispy, Low-Carb Snack Recipe

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Spoon small dollops (about 1 tbsp each) of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening slightly into chip shapes.
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if using.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
