Cottage Cheese Chips: Crispy, Low-Carb Snack

A simple and healthy low-carb snack made from cottage cheese, baked until crispy.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for greasing)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Spoon small dollops (about 1 tablespoon each) of the cottage cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  4. Flatten each dollop slightly with the back of a spoon to form thin, even circles.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
