- 8 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- For the Sausage Patties:
- In a bowl, mix ground pork with fennel seeds, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form into 8 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- For the Breakfast Potatoes:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Add diced potatoes and season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden and tender.
- For the Eggs:
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture and scramble until cooked to your liking.
- Serve sausage patties, potatoes, and eggs together.
