  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. For the Sausage Patties:
  2. In a bowl, mix ground pork with fennel seeds, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form into 8 patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  5. For the Breakfast Potatoes:
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Add diced potatoes and season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden and tender.
  8. For the Eggs:
  9. In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  10. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture and scramble until cooked to your liking.
  11. Serve sausage patties, potatoes, and eggs together.
