- For the Eggs:
- 4 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the sausage patties: In a bowl, mix ground pork, salt, pepper, garlic powder, sage, and breadcrumbs. Form into 4 patties. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- Make the breakfast potatoes: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add diced potatoes, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crispy and tender.
- Fry the eggs: In another skillet, cook eggs to desired doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.), seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve: Plate the sausage patties, potatoes, and eggs together for a complete breakfast.

Use fresh herbs for extra flavor. Adjust spice levels according to taste.
