  • For the eggs:
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. For the sausage patties:
  2. In a bowl, mix ground pork with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Form into 8 patties.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat; cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  5. For the breakfast potatoes:
  6. Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  7. Bake at 425°F for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  8. For the eggs:
  9. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  10. Cook in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until set.
