- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- For the Sausage Patties: In a bowl, mix ground pork with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sage. Form into patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- For the Eggs: Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in a separate skillet until fluffy.
- For the Breakfast Potatoes: Heat oil in a skillet, add potatoes and onion, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until potatoes are tender and golden.
- Serve patties, eggs, and potatoes together.
