- For Potatoes:
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt
- For Eggs:
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- 1. Mix ground pork, salt, and pepper. Form into patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- For Potatoes:
- 2. Dice potatoes and fry in oil in a separate skillet until crispy and golden, about 10 minutes. Season with salt.
- For Eggs:
- 3. Whisk eggs with milk and cook scrambled in a skillet until set, about 3-5 minutes.
Notes
Serve hot, season to taste. Sausage patties can be made ahead and reheated.
