- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoonpaprika

- 1 tablespoonfreshly chopped chives
- 2 teaspoonsminced thyme
- 1/4 teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, cayenne, and paprika. Whisk thoroughly with a small metal whisk or fork.
- Stir in the parsley, chives, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve the zesty cowboy butter sauce with your favorite grilled meats such as steak or chicken bites.
