Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, BBQ sauce, egg, chili powder, salt, and pepper.Press the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.Spread mashed potatoes over the cooked meatloaf, top with cheese.Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly.Serve and enjoy!
