  • Total Time: 27 minutes
  • Yield: 24 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 phyllo cups
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange the phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds.
  4. Spoon the mixture into each phyllo cup.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cups are golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. While baking, in a small saucepan, combine maple syrup and balsamic vinegar. Heat over medium heat until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
  7. Drizzle the glaze over the baked phyllo cups and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use fresh phyllo cups and ensure the goat cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing. This recipe can be prepared ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before baking.
