- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- 2 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
- 2 ounces Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Spread cranberry sauce evenly on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer the Brie slices and shredded Mozzarella on one bread slice over the cranberry sauce.
- Top with the second bread slice, sauce side down.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and slice in half before serving.
