Cranberry Brie and Mozzarella Grilled Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 2 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 ounces Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Spread cranberry sauce evenly on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Layer the Brie slices and shredded Mozzarella on one bread slice over the cranberry sauce.
  3. Top with the second bread slice, sauce side down.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  5. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and slice in half before serving.
