Cranberry Feta Pinwheels with Cream Cheese

A delightful appetizer featuring creamy feta, tangy cranberries, and smooth cream cheese rolled in a tortilla.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely sliced
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, feta cheese, dried cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log and wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Slice each log into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled.
