For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely sliced
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, feta cheese, dried cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Slice each log into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled.
