Cranberry Feta Pinwheels with Cream Cheese

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each flour tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Roll up the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.

Notes

These pinwheels can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. For a variation, add chopped nuts for extra crunch.
