Instructions

- Spread the mixture evenly over each flour tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.
Notes
These pinwheels can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. For a variation, add chopped nuts for extra crunch.
