  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, cranberries, ground turkey, onion, garlic, sage, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the beaten egg and chicken broth to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
