- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually stir in flour and salt until just combined.
- Fold in cranberries, white chocolate chips, and almonds.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
Notes
For best results, use fresh cranberries if available; store bars in an airtight container.
