Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, alternating with milk.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before tearing apart to enjoy the cream cheese softness.
