Creamy Alfredo Mac and Cheese

A rich and creamy twist on classic mac and cheese with Alfredo sauce for extra indulgence.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir well.
  3. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth. Add mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Combine the cooked macaroni with the Alfredo sauce, stirring until evenly coated. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
