For the Crust:
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir well.
- Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth. Add mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.
- Combine the cooked macaroni with the Alfredo sauce, stirring until evenly coated. Serve warm.
