- For the Base
- 1pack instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
- 6frozen dumplings (any type: chicken, veggie, or shrimp)
- For the Topping
- ⅓ cupshredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoonsliced green onions
- 1 teaspoonchili oil or crisp
- Sprinkle of furikake or toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat and Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly oil a medium oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
- Step 2: Create the Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, heavy cream, chili paste, ketchup, garlic, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Step 3: Layer the Noodles and Dumplings
- Break the ramen noodles in half and place them in the bottom of the prepared dish. Arrange the frozen dumplings around the noodles. Pour the sauce mixture evenly over everything, making sure all ingredients are lightly submerged.
- Step 4: Bake Until Tender
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 20–22 minutes, until the noodles are soft and the dumplings are nearly cooked through.
- Step 5: Add Cheese and Broil
- Remove the foil, stir gently to coat everything in the sauce, and sprinkle the mozzarella over the top. Broil uncovered for 2–3 minutes, just until the cheese melts and becomes golden and bubbly.
- Step 6: Garnish and Serve
- Top with sliced green onions, a drizzle of chili oil, and a sprinkle of furikake or sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy this cozy, creamy, spicy noodle bake — perfect for weeknights!
